  1. AM-Tax is a copyrighted ((C) 1986 - 1992) property of AM SOFTWARE, Inc.  It
  2. is not in the public domain and it is not free.

  4. This is the SHAREWARE version of AM-Tax.  It prepares a complete tax return
  5. consisting of Form 1040 and Schedules A, B, C, D, E, EIC, F, R, and SE.
  6. All of the forms and schedules (including the 1040) print in a format that
  7. can be filed directly with the IRS.

  9. Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use the shareware
  10. version of AM-Tax on a trial basis to determine if it meets their tax
  11. preparation needs.  However, if you use AM-Tax to organize, draft, or
  12. prepare your tax return or to prepare tax returns for others, you are
  13. trusted to register your use of the program.  Registration includes
  14. telephone support and annual updates at a very modest cost.

  16. Print the AM-Tax documentation by typing PRINTDOC after installing this
  17. software.  Or, type PRINTDOC from the floppy drive that contains the
  18. program disk.
